Custom Fields

Status Aging provides read-only Jira custom fields calculated by the app.

Field	Value
Status Aging Health	Overdue, At Risk, On Track, Snoozed, or Ignored.
Status Aging Age Hours	Current status age as a number of hours.
Status Aging Over Threshold Hours	Number of hours beyond the configured threshold.

Where They Are Useful

Use these fields in:

• Jira issue layouts.

• Jira list views.

• Jira reports.

• Jira filters and JQL.

• Team dashboards.

Recalculation Notes

Custom field values are calculated by Forge value functions.

Jira list and JQL values become current after Jira receives the recalculated value. The Status Aging project page remains the freshest bulk view because it recalculates project data directly during refresh.
