## Does the App Change Jira Statuses?

No. The app does not move issues between statuses.

It reads Jira workflow history and highlights issues that stay too long in a status.

## Does Snooze Change the Jira Issue?

No. Snooze only affects Status Aging alerts.

## Does Ignore Change the Jira Issue?

No. Ignore only affects Status Aging alerts.

## Can I Add Jira Comments?

Yes. Use **Add comment** from the project table, Flow report, or issue panel.

## Can I Export a Report?

Yes. Flow reports can be exported as CSV, JSON, Markdown, or TXT.

## Can Thresholds Be Different per Project?

Yes. Settings are project-specific.

## Can Thresholds Be Different per Status?

Yes. Use **Status thresholds** in project settings.

## Can the App Notify Jira Users?

Yes, if direct notifications or digest mode are enabled.

By default, alerts can stay in-app only.

## Does the App Use an External Backend?

No. The app is hosted on Atlassian Forge and uses Forge Storage for app data.
