# Glossary

| Term               | Meaning                                                       |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Status age**     | Time an issue has spent in its current status.                |
| **Threshold**      | Allowed time before an issue becomes overdue.                 |
| **At Risk**        | Issue is close to its threshold.                              |
| **Overdue**        | Issue is over its threshold.                                  |
| **Snoozed**        | Alert is temporarily hidden.                                  |
| **Ignored**        | Alert is hidden until restored.                               |
| **Lifecycle path** | Timeline of statuses an issue moved through.                  |
| **Status history** | Row-by-row status periods for an issue.                       |
| **Bottleneck**     | Status where an issue spent the most non-completed time.      |
| **Flow report**    | Detailed per-issue status aging report.                       |
| **Digest**         | A daily Jira notification summary.                            |
| **Baseline**       | First-run rule for treating issues that existed before setup. |
