# Issue Panel

The Status Age issue panel shows status aging details for the issue you are currently viewing.

## What It Shows

The issue panel includes:

* Current status.
* Threshold.
* Time over threshold.
* Total flow time.
* Number of transitions.
* Bottleneck.
* Lifecycle path.
* Status history.
* Actions.

## When to Use It

Use the issue panel when:

* You are already reviewing a Jira issue.
* You need to understand why the issue is delayed.
* You want to comment, snooze, ignore, or export without returning to the project dashboard.

## Available Actions

| Action         | Description                               |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------- |
| **Comment**    | Adds a Jira comment.                      |
| **Snooze 24h** | Temporarily hides the alert for 24 hours. |
| **Ignore**     | Hides the alert until restored.           |
| **Export**     | Exports the issue status flow report.     |
