# Issue Table and Actions

The issue table lists active scanned issues and their current status aging health.

## Filters

Use filters to narrow the table.

| Filter           | Description                                      |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Alert level**  | All, Overdue, At risk, On track, or Ignored.     |
| **Status**       | Current Jira workflow status.                    |
| **Assignee**     | Current assignee, including Unassigned.          |
| **Search**       | Issue key or summary text.                       |
| **Show snoozed** | Shows snoozed issues that are hidden by default. |
| **Show ignored** | Shows ignored issues that are hidden by default. |

## Table Columns

Common columns include:

| Column        | Description                                         |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Work item key | Jira issue key.                                     |
| Summary       | Jira issue summary.                                 |
| Assignee      | Current assignee.                                   |
| Reporter      | Issue reporter.                                     |
| Priority      | Jira priority.                                      |
| Status        | Current Jira status.                                |
| Health        | Status Aging health label.                          |
| Status age    | Time spent in the current status.                   |
| Created       | Jira issue creation date.                           |
| Resolution    | Jira resolution, when visible.                      |
| Custom fields | Optional Jira fields selected from the column menu. |

## Column Chooser

Use the column chooser to show or hide default, system, and supported Jira fields.

When extra Jira fields are selected, Status Aging loads values for the visible issues.

## Row Actions

Each issue row has an action menu.

| Action          | Description                                        |
| --------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Flow report** | Opens a detailed status flow report for the issue. |
| **Open issue**  | Opens the Jira issue.                              |
| **Add comment** | Adds a Jira comment to the issue.                  |
| **Snooze 24h**  | Hides the alert for 24 hours.                      |
| **Snooze 3d**   | Hides the alert for 3 days.                        |
| **Snooze 1w**   | Hides the alert for 1 week.                        |
| **Ignore**      | Moves the issue to ignored alerts.                 |
| **Restore**     | Restores an ignored issue back to active alerts.   |

## Add Jira Comment

The comment action opens a prefilled Jira comment.
