# Troubleshooting

## I Do Not See Any Issues

Possible reasons:

* The project has no active issues.
* Done-category issues are excluded.
* Filters are hiding results.
* The scan limit is too low.
* The project has not been refreshed yet.

Try:

1. Clear filters.
2. Enable **Show snoozed** and **Show ignored**.
3. Click **Refresh**.
4. Check project settings.

## An Issue Is Not Shown as Overdue

Possible reasons:

* Its status threshold is higher than expected.
* It is still below the at-risk or overdue threshold.
* The status is ignored.
* The issue is snoozed.
* The issue is in Jira Done category and Done is excluded.

## Notifications Are Not Being Sent

Check that:

* Notification mode is not **In-app alerts only**.
* Daily notification budget is greater than `0`.
* Recipients are selected.
* The issue is overdue.
* The issue is not snoozed or ignored.
* Jira notification limits have not been reached.

## Status Age Looks Old or Incorrect

Click **Refresh** on the project page.

The app may be showing cached data until the next scheduled refresh.

## Custom Fields Are Not Updated

Custom field values are calculated by the app and may update when Jira recalculates or when issue data is refreshed.

Treat the Status Aging project page as the freshest bulk view.

## The Project Is Too Noisy

Try:

* Use **Start fresh from today** baseline.
* Increase thresholds for long-running statuses.
* Add statuses to ignored statuses.
* Use **Show ignored** to review ignored issues periodically.
* Start with **In-app alerts only** before enabling notifications.
